The Why question is often used when something negative happens to us. When we are searching for answers that we normally don't know and likely will never know the answer.
However, today I want to challenge you to ask the "Why" question for something positive to flow in your life.
Why were you born?
Why are you still on this earth amidst all of the chaos and deaths all around us?
Why do you do what you do in life, your career, passion, love, etc?
Why are you needed amongst your circle of influence and is that circle too large or too small?
The answers and thoughts around these "Why" questions and others similar will help to unlock the hidden treasures within you. Those answers will help you accomplish your purpose in life. The responses you generate will empower you to RYSE to your unrealized dreams and goals.

The Myth of the Perfect Career Path
We often start our careers with a detailed plan of the company we want to work for, the role we aim to land, and the timeline to get there. While it's great to have a roadmap, the truth is rigid plans can backfire if we’re not ready to adapt.
Career paths aren’t straight lines. They're full of unexpected turns whether it’s a shift in the job market, personal life events, or a promotion that goes to someone else. These aren’t failures; they’re part of the process.
The question isn’t if plans will change, it's how we prepare for those changes. Maybe your timeline gets pushed back a year. Maybe your dream role evolves into something else entirely. Adaptability is not a backup plan, it's a career skill.
Here are 3 ways to prepare for those shifts:
Always have a backup plan
Don’t put all your eggs in one basket. Have alternative roles, industries, or paths in mind if your original plan doesn’t work out.
Research the job market regularly
Keep up with trends in your industry and broader economic shifts. Understanding where demand is growing can help you pivot smartly.
Maintain a positive mindset
Mindset makes all the difference. Challenges and delays are part of every career, viewing them as opportunities to grow and build resilience.
